Using Zoho Campaigns' automated abandoned cart recovery, win back customers who have abandoned their shopping cart in your store after adding items to it. Send targeted reminder emails about the items in their cart, that eventually persuades them to complete the purchase.
To create an automated abandoned cart series in Zoho Campaigns:
From the navigation toolbar, select Ecommerce.
Select your integrated store for which you want to create the email series.
Go to the Automated emails subtab.
In the Abandoned cart section, click Create Now.
Click Use Template in one of the two pre-designed workflow templates.
Click Select cart in the trigger.
Select the store for which you want to configure the trigger.
Enter the interval after which you want the contacts who've abandoned their carts, to enter the workflow.
Click Save.
Choose a process based on your needs from the left section, drag and drop it in to the canvas below the trigger or another process.
Configure the processes that you've in the workflow.
Once you've set up the workflow, click Activate at the top-right corner to enable the workflow.
There are a few key points to have in mind before you start creating cart abandonment emails:
Have a subject line that is to the point. Never have a subject line that might be misleading.
Your email content should be conforming with the name - cart abandonment - and be just about that.
Have calls-to-action in the email that can take customers directly to the cart where they can complete the purchase.
