An Administrator or a user with the Manage Profile permission can enable or disable Zoho PhoneBridge access for other users in your organization's account.
To enable or disable Zoho PhoneBridge for users
- Navigate to Setup > Users & Control > Security Control > Profiles.
- Click the Edit link for the profile of the user you want to enable or disable Zoho PhoneBridge for.
- Under Apps Permissions, select or clear the Zoho PhoneBridge check box.
- Click Save.
