You can carry out various activities using reports, like sharing reports with other users, sharing reports on social media, sending followup campaigns, printing campaign reports or previews, and downloading reports as PDF or HTML.
Share reports
You can share the reports of your sent campaigns with other users of your organization. When you share a report generated link, the receiving user can view a detailed report summary. However, recipients data is password protected and you can share the access code with the receiving user to view the recipients data.
To share a campaign report,
- From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
- Select the campaign you want to share reports for.
- Click on More icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown list, select Share Reports.
Filli in the following details,
- Header Details
- Name/Subject
- Access Code
- Click Generate Report Link to generate the report URL.
- You can now share the report link and its access code with other users.
Note- Report links expire 15 days from generation.
- Campaign reports can be shared with anyone. A Zoho Campaigns account is not necessary for access.
Navigate to the reports page, select the campaign you want to share on social media.
In the top-right corner of the Reports page, click the More button. Select Share this campaign on social media. This will allow you to share your email campaign on various social media platforms.
Send followup campaigns based on reports
If you want to send follow-up campaigns based on a particular campaign report, there is a button just for that. Click the Send Followup button in the top-right corner of the Reports page and you'll be presented with three ways to send follow-ups:
- Chain campaigns
- Child campaigns
- Send to other lists
Select the one that fits your needs best.
Compare campaigns
In order to measure your campaign performance, you can compare your sent campaign reports.
By comparing campaign reports, you can learn whether your campaigns' reach has increased or decreased over time, and which of your campaigns have been successful. From this data, you can parse your subscribers' tastes and preferences, and fine-tune your marketing strategies accordingly.
To compare campaign reports,
- From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
- Mouse over the campaigns that you would like to compare, and check their boxees. Upto three campaigns can be selected at a time.
Click the Compare Campaigns button in the top-right corner. A consolidated report of all the selected campaigns will appear.
Additional options
Click More in the top-right corner of the Reports page to see a drop-down menu with the following options:
- Print campaign preview
- Download reports as PDF
