Add and verify a domain

Before adding a domain, ensure that you have permission to update your domain's DNS records in your domain registrar's Domain Manager.

Steps to add and verify a domain

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Go to Domains, then click Add Domain.
  3. Enter your domain's name, then click Add. The domain verification screen will open.
  4. Choose one of the three available methods for verification:
    1. TXT Method: Add the displayed TXT record in your Domain Manager, then wait for an hour.
    2. CNAME Method: Add the displayed CNAME record in your Domain Manager, then wait for an hour.
    3. HTML method: Download the HTML verification file and upload it to the root level of your website.
  5. Return to the Verify Domain pop-up in the admin panel, then click Verify.
