Handle webinar Q&A, polls, and recording effortlessly by adding co-organizers. You can add anyone as a co-organizer for your webinar. Co-organizers who are members of your organization will also be able to start webinars if the organizer is away, or unable to launch webinars.
A webinar co-organizer can:
- Start the webinar (if they belong to your organization)
- Record the webinar
- Answer questions from attendees
- Launch polls
- Switch presenters
- Become the presenter
How-to
Add Co-organizers
- Schedule your webinar.
- On the webinar details page, click Add Co-organizer.
- Enter the name and email address of the co-organizer, then click Add.
- An email invitation with a link to join the webinar will be sent to the co-organizer
- A co-organizer doesn't need a Zoho Meeting account to join your webinar.
- Co-organizers are not counted as webinar attendees. You can have as many co-organizers as you want in a webinar and still have 250 attendees, which is the maximum capacity.
- Co-organizers can speak in webinars unlike attendees who join in listen-only mode.
Remove co-organizer, resend invitation email, and share joining link
- Go to the Webinar details page.
- Click Edit next to Co-organizers.
- Use the options next to each co-organizer's name to remove them, resend the invitation email, or to copy and share the joining link.
Note
The link to join a webinar is unique for each co-organizer.
