Add media files to slides

You can quickly insert media files into Zoho Show slides on your android mobile or tablet devices. You can use media files saved in your phone gallery or even capture one using your camera to add them to your slides. You can also include files from URL, inbuilt Search engine, or from Library. All your recently used media files will be saved in the Recent folder, which you can reuse in the future without having to search for it again in the source location. 

 

To add a media file to a slide,

1. From the slides pane at the bottom, tap on the slide and tap Insert  icon at the top-right corner.
   
2. Now, tap Media  at the bottom and choose the media file from any of the following:
   
3. Tap From Device to locate and add the image you want from your phone or tablet device, And From Camera to take photos using the camera in your device, From URL, From Google Search, or From Library.
   

  

The media file is inserted in your slide. You can tap on the inserted media file to format various image properties, such as stroke, effects, picture transparency, and more. 

 

 

Replace or delete a media file,

You can easily update or replace an existing media file in your android app and delete any unwanted file on the slides.

 

To delete a media file,

1. To delete a single file, tap the file to select it and choose Delete icon.
   
2. To delete multiple files, tap the first file and long press to select multiple other files, and choose Delete  icon.
