A one-on-one service refers to appointments for a fixed amount of time, such as an appointment with a doctor or a salon.

To add a one-on-one service,
  1. Click  in the top-right corner, click Services > click Add New Service

  2. 'One on One' is selected by default. Enter the following details:
    1. Workspace - The name of the workspace that the service will be associated with. Settings of the selected workspace will be applied to the service.

    2. Name of the Service - Provide a name for this service. This field accepts a maximum of 50 characters.

    3. Duration - Select the service duration.

    4. Price - Set a price by toggling this setting to Paid, then enter the amount.
The Price field is only to specify the fee per appointment. The 'Type Of Payment' can be defined in Service details section to make the payment 'optional', 'full payment', or 'deposit'. Furthermore, the 'Online Payments' setting in the Payments section must be enabled in order to collect online payments.
  1. Buffer Time - Time gap between each appointment.

  2. Staff Assigned - Assign one or more staff members for this service.
A service can be created without associating any staff member with it, however, the booking page of such services will display a message "Sorry, we're closed". A service must have at least one associated staff member to accept bookings.
  1. Create Online Meeting - Enable this to create online appointments in Zoho Meeting. The link to the online meeting is displayed in the 'Booking Summary' after a customer makes the booking.
A connection between Zoho Bookings and Zoho Meeting must be established in Other Integrations section to create online meetings in Zoho Meeting. If "Create Online Meeting" option is enabled without a connection, it would not be possible to generate online meeting links for such bookings.

The admin of Zoho Bookings account must create an account in Zoho Meeting, and must have the assigned staff as users in his/her (admin's) Meeting account.

The meeting link is displayed to customers in the 'Booking Summary' after they book an appointment. The meeting link can also be sent in an email using the "Zoho Meeting Info" pre-defined variable.
  1. Click Save.

The service gets created, and you will be taken to the Services pages. All the services which you add will be listed here, in the Services section.

Services can also be created from other places in your account as listed below:
  1. To create a service from the Services section, click the + icon in the top-right corner.

  2. To create a service from the Workspaces section, navigate to Workspaces, select the required workspace, then click Services. Next, click Add New Service in the top-right corner.
