1. How do I setup email notifications for every time someone completes my survey?

The email trigger feature can be used to notify you when someone completes a survey. You can also add various logic options in the email trigger. Read more here.

2. Is it possible to add more than one condition while setting up an email trigger?

Sorry, we currently do not support adding multiple conditions for email trigger. Only one condition can be set for a trigger at a time.

3. Is there a setting to collect email addresses from my survey respondents without asking for their addresses explicitly?

You can collect the respondents' email addresses even without asking them by sending the survey through Zoho Campaigns or Zoho CRM. Read more here.

You can also use the custom variable feature to do this.

4. I want to use the answer of a particular question on page one of the survey as a variable in a question on the subsequent page. Is there a limitation in using custom variables on different pages?

No, there is no restriction in using variables on different pages. To pipe in the response of the previous question into the following question, click Insert Variable and select the question for which you wish to add a follow up question. Read more here

However, you might find custom variables not working well if you are testing the survey in Preview mode. In Preview mode, we don't save the answers to pipe in to the next pages. So, make sure you publish the survey to make use of this feature.

5. How many languages do you support in the translate survey feature?

We support translation of surveys in over 70 languages.

6. Is it possible to translate my survey to one of the Indian regional languages?

Zoho Survey supports translation of surveys into Indian regional languages, such as Bengali, Hindi, and Tamil.

7. Can I transfer or copy one survey's data into another survey?

Sorry, it's not possible to transfer one survey's data into another survey. However, it is possible to copy the questions in a survey to another.

8. Can I upload data from an Excel sheet into a survey form?

Sorry, you cannot upload data from an Excel sheet into a survey, but the reverse is possible. You can export data into Microsoft Excel or as a PDF.

9. Is it possible to print the surveys?

Surveys can be printed. Click Advanced Options in your survey builder and select Print. Remember to select Export as PDF in Advanced Options and print the PDF for a clean copy.

10. Is there a way I can share all of my surveys with another person in my organization without having to share them one by one?

This can be done by adding users to your department. All the members in your department will have access to all the surveys in your department. To set this up, in your Zoho Survey account, navigate to Setup. In the Manage Users section, under your portal, click + to start adding users.

11. When I invite a reviewer or share the survey with a colleague, is it necessary for the reviewer or the colleague to have an account with Zoho?

Yes, they need to have an account with Zoho to access the survey you share to view. However, when you send out a survey for review, it's not necessary for your reviewer to have an account with Zoho.
