The Advanced Recruit Analytics, powered by Zoho Analytics helps you analyze Recruit data and create insightful business intelligence reports and dashboards. With this integration, Recruitment can slice and dice the data and make better data-driven decisions. To learn more about the capabilities of Advanced Analytics.
Note
- You can use Recruit data from the Candidates, Contacts, Job Openings, Interviews, custom modules, and Users' details.
- Zoho Recruit users with an Administrator profile have permission to associate your Recruit account with Zoho Reports.
- You can only associate a single Zoho Analytics account with Zoho Recruit.
- Any user with an Administrator profile can deactivate Advanced Recruit Analytics.
- Deactivating the Zoho Analytics account will also delete the data, reports, and dashboards in Zoho Reports.
- Zoho Recruit users cannot access the advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Reports without an active Zoho Reports license.
To configure Zoho Reports Integration
- Log in to Zoho Recruit with Administrator profile privileges.
- Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Advanced Recruit Analytics.
- Click Configure.
Do the following:
- Select modules and corresponding fields.
- Schedule the synchronization time.
- Click Save & Sync Now.
You will receive an email after the Recruit data is imported into Zoho Reports.
Note: All the subsequent changes made to the records in Zoho Recruit will be automatically synchronized with Zoho Reports at the scheduled synchronization time.
Activate Zoho Analytics Add-on
(for Zoho Reports users with Free Plan)
You can use the Advanced Analytics add-on to evaluate your Recruit data and create powerful reports and dashboards if you are subscribed to the Standard Plan or above in Zoho Analytics. When you configure this add-on (as explained above), you will be automatically subscribed to a 15-day trial of the Standard Plan in Zoho Reports. During this period, you can upgrade to the Standard Plan or above to continue using this add-on.
1. Click the Reports tab.
2. In the Reports Home page, click the Advanced Recruit Analytics link to go to Zoho Reports.
3. In Zoho Analytics, click Subscription, then select Upgrade.
4. Choose the Standard Edition or above to upgrade.

Create Reports
Once Advanced Recruit Analytics is configured, you'll have access to over 70 ready-made reports and dashboards. You can also create reports using the drag-and-drop report builder of Zoho Analytics.
View Reports & Dashboards
To view reports & dashboards
- Log in to Zoho Recruit.
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click Advanced Recruit Analytics.
- Advanced Recruit Analytics will open in a new web browser tab.
Share Zoho reports
The reports and dashboards created in Zoho Analytics, with the Recruit data, will only be accessible to the administrator who configured the Zoho Analytics Add-on. However, you can share the reports with other Zoho Recruit users (including other Recruit administrators).
To share reports with Zoho Recruit users
- Log in to Zoho Analytics.
- Open Zoho Recruit Reports database.
- Select the corresponding report, then click Share.
- Select the required Share option.
You have different options to share Reports with your Recruit users.
Deactivate Advanced Recruit Analytics
As an administrator, you can deactivate the Advanced Recruit Analytics in Zoho Recruit. Please note that on deactivating:
- All the data, reports, and dashboards created in your Zoho Reports account will be deleted.
- The Zoho Reports account will NOT be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan. You can downgrade it to the required plan whenever you need.
To deactivate Advanced Recruit Analytics
- Log in to Zoho Recruit with an Administrator profile.
- Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Advanced Recruit Analytics.
- Click the Deactivate link.
- Click Yes, I understand. Deactivate Now.
