Attendees see only the first slide of my presentation. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Known browser issues currently exist for sharing MS Powerpoint and Apple Keynote presentations. Attendees only see the first slide of your presentation while you move to the following slides. You can overcome this in two ways:

By enabling play mode and then sharing the application
  1. Start your meeting or webinar.
  2. Open your Powerpoint or Keynote presentation in play mode.
  3. Use alt+tab or command+tab to switch to your Zoho Meeting screen.
  4. Click Start sharing and select the presentation in play mode.
  5. Click Share.
 
By using two monitors
  1. Start your meeting or webinar.
  2. Open your Powerpoint or Keynote presentation in play mode in another monitor.
  3. Click Start sharing on your Zoho Meeting screen.
  4. Select the screen you want to share and click Share.
