How can I save information about my attendee?

  1. Click the Session icon and select Completed Session.
  2. Choose the presentation for which you would like to export an attendee list.
  3. Click View Analytics and choose the Audience tab.
  4. Click the Export option at the right side of the screen and select the desired format (either CSV or Excel).

What details will I be able to view about my attendees after the session?

  • Name and email address, if provided by your participant.
  • Ratings, feedback, questions posed, and the number of slide likes.

How do I view details of my attendee for a particular session?

To view attendee details for a session:
  1. Click the Session icon  and select Completed Session.
  2. Click View Analytics next to a session.
  3. Select the Audiences tab.

Can my attendees download the presentation after my Session?

If you publish the session, your attendees will be able to download it. An "attended session" list that attendee members can use to download unpublished session is planned for a future release.

How can my attendees contact me after the session?

Provide your contact details in the thank you message when you customize it here.

How can my attendees add a session to their calendars automatically?  

Once your participants register for a session, they will receive an ICS file in the session join mail that is sent to their email address. The trainees can download and open the file to add the session event to their calendars. Once the ICS file is downloaded, most email clients (Gmail, Zoho mail) parse the file automatically and prompt your participants to add the session to their calendars.
