Facing problems with auto login?
If you've run into issues with auto login, ensure you have done the following:
- Have the latest version of our browser extension installed
- Check if you have entered the exact login URL of the website in the URL field. For example, if you are adding a password for your Tumblr account, specify the login URL (https://www.tumblr.com/login) of Tumblr instead of their homepage (https://www.tumblr.com/).
Note: In some rare cases, especially across banking websites, your credentials might fail to autofill. If you encounter this issue, please contact our support.
