Billing details
This section consist of 3 parts.:
- Payment Method
- Billing Address & Other Info
- Email Recipients
Payment method
This section contains details about the card use to make payments. You can view your monthly subscription amount as well as the next renewal date.
Follow the below steps to view the payment method:
1. Once you select the desired plan and the number of trainer licenses, you will be directed to the payment page
2. Click on Make Payment and the billing payments page appears.
3. Choose Credit Card in the Payment Method tab to view the Card details.
Billing address and other info
This section contains the billing address that was entered. Click Change to edit the address.
Email recipients
This section contains user details such as recipient name, recipient email address, products subscribed to, and the action that can be performed. At this time, the we do not offer the ability to edit or delete recipients. However, you can add new recipients.
Update card and address details
Update your credit card details and billing details anytime. Your credit card will not be stored anywhere in our applications. The details you provide are secured and authenticated by VeriSign.
To update credit card details:
- Click the help icon at the top-right corner of the ShowTime page.
- Select Subscription.
- Click Credit Card under the Recurring Details section.
- Specify your desired details and click Save.
To update billing address:
- Click the help icon at the top-right corner of the ShowTime page.
- Select Subscription.
- Next, click on Your Store Details in the top-right corner and select Billing Details from the drop-down. Details of your billing cycle, card details, and billing address can be viewed here.
- Hover over the credit card or address and click on Change to update your card or address details.
View Transaction History
You can view all your previous transactions that you have made on ShowTime. You can view details such as transaction history, type of subscription plan (such as "upgrade to a new plan" or "renew subscription"), product name, date that the purchase was made on, amount paid, and the downloadable invoice.
To view your transaction history
- Click the help icon at the top-right corner of the ShowTime page.
- Select Subscription and your subscription details will load.
- Under the Recurring Details section, Click Payment History.
- You can filter the transaction history based on Purchases, Upgrades, Renewals, Downgrades and by Period.
- Search for a particular transaction with the Product or Transaction Id.
