Can I make payments using my Amex card?

Yes. You can make payments using your Amex card. While entering the credit card details, you can select the Amex card option from the dropdown list.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal (you must have an account with PayPal). We also accept payment by wire transfer for yearly subscriptions. For details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com.

How do I enter/update my credit card details?

  1. You can provide your credit card details while upgrading your account to the paid plans (monthly or yearly).
  2. The card details that you provide will be saved for all future references and payments.

To update your Credit Card details, follow these steps:
  1. Click the help icon in the top-right corner of the ShowTime page.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Select Credit Card under the Recurring Details section
  4. Specify your desired details and click Save.

My organization is based in India and my base currency is INR. Why am I still being charged in USD instead of INR?

Organizations with India and INR as Country and Base Currency, respectively, with accounts created before April 2015 are be charged the price for the global edition.
However, if you would like to switch to the pricing plan for Indian customers, send us an email at support@zohoshowtime.com and we’ll be happy to make the changes from our end.

How do I enter/update my billing address?

  1. Click the Help icon in the top-right corner of the ShowTime page.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Next, click on Your Store Details in the top-right corner and select Billing Details from the dropdown. Details of your billing cycle, card details, and billing address can be viewed here.
  4. Hover over the current address and click on Change.
