Blueprint- Overview

Blueprint- Overview

Your organization may have several recruiting processes which are used from the moment you add a candidate to your ATS until they get a job. For example, evaluation and background check, qualification stage, submit to client. Each of these processes has several stages, and each stage may be managed by a different team. It's important to ensure that these processes are executed as determined in the ATSd.

Let's look at a candidate pipeline process. The stages of this process include qualification, submission to client, interview, and offer before the candidate finally has a job. You may need to determine

  • At which point in the process a candidate can go from the Associated with Job Openings stage to Submitted to Client
  • At which point in the process a candidate can attain the Contacted status: After you have contacted them once, twice, five times? If it’s five times, are all your recruiters following the same procedure?

If the process you follow offline is not reflected accurately in the software, there is no guarantee that it is being followed correctly. There may be inconsistencies and gaps in the process.

It is this problem that Blueprint aims to solve.

Zoho Recruit's Blueprint is an online version of your recruitment process. It captures every detail of your offline process in the software and facilitates automation, validation, and collaboration between teams, making your process more efficient and removing any loopholes.
