Can I add attachments in my emails?
You cannot add attachments to your campaign emails. This is to maximize deliverability, as emails with attachments are likely to be marked as spam. As an alternative, Zoho Campaigns allows you to attach a file to your campaigns in the form of downloadable links, using the Attachment component of the Template Editor. You can place the link on an image, text, or a button.

When you use the Zoho CRM plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, you can only transfer email attachments when the file size doesn't exceed 1MB. If the file size is more than 1MB, the email attachment will not be transferred to Zoho CRM.
