Can I add new contacts to my Connections list?

It is currently not possible to add Connections to your Zoho Social account. Connections are automatically generated when they interact with your Brand across the following social channels:
  • Facebook Page
  • Twitter Profile
Only the people who interact or engage with your Brand will  be added to your Connections list.
When someone follows you on Twitter or Instagram but does not engage with your Brand, they will still be added to Connections, but you will not see their activity under the Interactions tab.
