Can I automate emails for people who have opened/clicked my emails?

If you have the monthly subscription plan, you can create an autoresponder for 'opened' recipients.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. From the navigation toolbar, choose Automation and select Autoresponder. 
  2. Select Email action.
  3. Name the autoresponder
  4. Select the campaign for which you want to send follow-ups.
  5. Start creating your email series for opened or clicked subscribers.
