Can I change the background color of the footer?

Yes, you can change the background color of your header and footer in Themes section of the Settings tab.  
  1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings and select Themes.
  2. Navigate to Campaign Themes tab.
  3. Click the Edit icon beside the theme you want to apply.
  4. Choose Header or Footer tab.
  5. Click the Background icon to select another color.
  6. Click Save and Proceed.
