Yes, you can change the background color of your header and footer in Themes section of the Settings tab.
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings and select Themes.
- Navigate to Campaign Themes tab.
- Click the Edit icon beside the theme you want to apply.
- Choose Header or Footer tab.
- Click the Background icon to select another color.
- Click Save and Proceed.
