Yes, you can chat with other users from your CRM Plus account. To do this, you need to send a chat invite to the users and they have to accept your invite. Once they accept the invitation, you can chat with these users. You can follow the steps given below to send chat invite to users.
1. Click the
Contacts icon (

) on the bottom-left corner of the page. A chat pop-up will appear.

Enter the email address of the user you want to invite in the text box and click (
). A chat invite will be sent to the user.
