No. If you want to create the same series of messages for another email campaign, you can clone the journey, make a copy of it and change the source email campaign to your choice.
A re-engagement series will be triggered to leads based on their response to your email campaign. Associate an email campaign with the journey and create separate paths for unopens, opens and clicks.

You cannot create an autoresponder for more than one campaign. If you want to create the same series of messages for another campaign, you can clone the autoresponder and change the source campaign as you like.
