Can I customize the Update Profile form ?

Yes, you can customize Update Profile form. 
  1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings and select Themes.
  2. Navigate to Signup Pages and Emails tab.
  3. Click Forms tab, then click the Edit icon in the top right corner of the preview.
