Can I disable specific services for users?
You can disable access to specific services like POP/IMAP access, ActiveSync, email Incoming and Outgoing. Login to
mailadmin.zoho.com, go to the
User Accounts section and select the required user. Click the green icon respective to the service that you want to disable. Disabled services can be enabled again by clicking the respective gray icon.

Is it possible to disable all services for a particular user?
Yes. Navigate to the User Details section in the Control Panel, and locate the Status menu. Click Disable User under the Status menu to disable all services for that user.
Can I disable Log a call option for selected users?
