Can I read and reply to Questions on my Google My Business listing?

Sure! Once you have connected your Google My Business listing to Zoho Social, you can read and reply to Questions received on your listing. You can also view all the Answers and likes the question received.

If the question was answered by a guide on Google, you can view the label, "Local Guide" next to their username. All the Answers you post  from Zoho Social, will marked with the label, "Owner".




Additionally, you can choose to edit your answers and make required changes if needed.
  1. Follow these steps to add a column to your Monitoring dashboard and reply to Questions on your GMB listing:
  2. Navigate to the Monitor tab. If you have only one social channel connected, you can add the columns relevant to that social channel.
  3. Click the orange + button on the bottom right.
  4. Choose the column you want to add from the Select Column Type panel, that is, Questions for your Google My Business listing.


  5. You can answer a question right from the monitor tab by clicking on 'Answer' underneath the question. The number of responses received on each question are displayed on its right side. To view the replies to a question that has been answered, click 'Answered' underneath the question.
  6. You can also choose to edit or delete the Answers you post.
  7. To refresh the posts in a column, hover over the top of the column and click the circular arrow.
You can't edit answers from your Monitoring column, if the brand Owners have posted them natively from Google.
