  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
  3. Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Enter your account password and the reason for terminating the account.
  5. Click Cancel my Zoho One account.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
  3. Under Subscription, click Manage.

  4. If you're on an offline subscription, or if you're under the Flexible User Pricing, click Cancel Subscription under Manage Subscription.
  5. If you're under the All Employee Pricing, click Change Plan under Manage Subscription, then click Click here to cancel your subscription.

  6. State your reason for canceling the subscription, then click Confirm Downgrade.
    7. Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle.
