Resetting an existing, known account password
- Log in to Zoho Vault, then click your profile from the top-right corner (next to Notifications).
- Click My Account and reauthenticate with your Zoho password.
- Click Security, then select Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then set a new password.
- Confirm your new password, then click Change Password.
Password constraints
There are a few constraints to remember before choosing your new password.
- Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
- Must use a mixture of uppercase or lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.
- No portion of the username can be used.
- The new password must not be the same as your existing password.
Resetting a forgotten account password
To reset a forgotten Zoho account password:
- Access Zoho Vault's login page and click Sign in.
- Enter your email address, then click Forgot Password
- Enter the Captcha code and click Request. A link with details to reset your Zoho Account password will be sent to the provided email address.
- Click Reset Password from the mail
- Set a new password for your account, then click Change password.
- Click the Continue to Sign In link to access Zoho Vault with the new password.
