Close your Zoho account

Closing your Zoho account will result in of all of your data being permanently deleted.
  1. If you're a personal user:
    1. Sign in to your Zoho account.
    2. Click Settings and scroll down to Close Account.
    3. Click Close Account.
    4. Choose the reason for closing your account, then click Continue.
  1. If you're an organization user, you have to contact your organization admin to close your Zoho account.
  1. If you are an organization admin:
    1. Sign in to your Zoho account.
    2. Click Settings and scroll down to Close Account.
    3. Click Cancel Organization. You will be redirected to Zoho Mail cPanel page.
      You need to remove all your organization users before deleting your organization account. 
    4. Click User Details in the Zoho Mail cPanel page.
    5. Select all users, then click  Delete.
    6. Click Dashboard, then Delete Organization on the left side panel.
    7. Enter your admin password, then click Yes.
