Co-branding, camera, and notification settings
Co-branding with company name and logo
Admins can have their company name and logo displayed on email headers and webinar registration forms by uploading them under Organization Settings in their Zoho Meeting account.
To add or edit your company name and logo:
- Click Settings on the left pane.
- Select the Manage Organization tab.
- To add or edit your company name, enter your company name and press Enter.
- To add or change your company logo, click the image field and select the logo from your computer. Click Upload.
Company name and logo changes will reflect in the following emails and pages:
- Meeting invitation emails
- Meeting reminder emails
- Webinar registration page
- Webinar Registration Confirmation emails
- Webinar reminder emails sent to attendees
- 'Thank you' emails sent to attendees after webinars
Accepted dimensions, file size, and formats for logo
- Dimensions: Width - 400 , 200 Ht pixels
- File size: Up to 1 MB
- Supported formats: png, jpg, jpeg, ico, gif, bmp
Camera Settings
You can restrict or allow members of your organization to conduct video meetings and webinars.
To change camera settings:
- Click Settings on the left pane.
- Select the Manage Organization tab.
- Turn camera settings on or off for users.
Notification settings
You can enable or disable notifications for the following in online meetings and webinars.
- Sound notification for entry and exit of participants in meetings.
- Email notification for every registration you get in webinars.
- Automated 'Thank you' emails that attendees receive after a webinar.
- Registration confirmation emails that registrants receive that contain the joining link for webinars.
