Conduct a meeting ​

Start a meeting

To start a meeting:
  1. Click My Meetings on the left pane.
  2. Click Start to the right of the meeting you want to begin.
  3. Select your audio option:
    • Phone: If you're using Zoho Audio, enter the dial-in number followed by conference code and pin. If you're using a different phone conferencing system, follow that particular system's instructions to join a conference call.
    • Computer audio: Simply start speaking once the participants have joined.
  4. Click Start Meeting.
  5. To share your screen with participants, click Start Sharing. You can either share your entire screen or only specific application windows. Select the screen you want to share and click Share.
Note:
  • To record your meeting, click Start recording on the left pane.
  • If you use phone audio, you can neither transmit your video nor see the video feed from others. If you select computer audio, your video will be turned on by default. You can turn off video transmission if you want.
  • Administrators can turn off camera settings and block all members from transmitting video during meetings and webinars.
  • You can also the left pane to view participants and send chat messages to everyone. 

Invite participants during a meeting
If you want to invite more people while you're in a meeting, you can either enter their email addresses and send invitations, or copy and share the meeting link.

                                    

End a meeting

To end a meeting, click Exit on the left pane.
