Configure allowed IPs

Configure allowed IPs

Whitelisting IP addresses prevents unauthorized access and strengthens your organization's security. Once this is configured, you will only be able to access your organization from the allowed IP addresses.

To configure allowed IPs:
  1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Security, click Security Policies, then click on the policy you want to configure.
  3. Go to Allowed IPs, then click Add IP address.
  4. Enter the required IP or IP range.
  5. Click Add.
Warning:  The addresses you enter must be static gateway IPs. If you do not know your default gateway address, consult with your IT administrator.
