Configure Organization Emails

When communicating with your customers via email, it's best to make use of the organization's email rather than your own. Your personal email address might be flooded with emails and there is a high change of missing an important mail from your customers. 

You can configure your Organization's email in Bigin and start communicating with your customers.

To configure organizational email
  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Email > Organization Email.
  2. Click .
  3. In the Add Email Address popup, do the following:
    1. Enter the Display Name
    2. Enter Email Address.
    3. Specify who can use this address from the drop-down list.
    4. Click Create.

  4. In the Organization Email list view, select click to confirm in the confirmation status column.
  5. Enter the OTP and click Confirm.
