Gone are the days when everyone used to get in touch in person. With the advent of social media, customers take their feedbacks and queries to the social media platforms available such as twitter. When that is the case, you should be informed about everything that is happening in social media.
Signals helps you achieve that exactly. Whenever your customer mentions, replies or sends a Direct Message or when a call is missed, you will be notified.
To specify Signals notification preferences
- Go to Setup > Channels > Signals.
- List of channels will be displayed.
- Enable the appropriate checkboxes and click Save.
