Configure your Zoho account settings
Preferences
You can manage your preferred date format, privacy settings, and newsletter subscriptions under the Preferences section.
To change the date format:
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Click Preferences under Settings.
- Click Date Format, then select the format you'd like to use from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.

You can also set up custom date formats for your Zoho account.
You can also restrict users from viewing your profile picture under privacy settings. To select who can view your profile picture:
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Click Preferences under Settings.
- Click Privacy Settings, then select who can view your profile picture.
- Click Save.
To enable or disable marketing communications from Zoho:
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Click Preferences under Settings.
- Click Newsletter Subscription.
- Click the toggle button to enable or disable General Announcements.
- Click Save.
Authorized Websites
Authorized websites are the websites you have granted permission to access your Zoho account.
To view or remove the websites:
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Click Authorized Websites under Settings.
- Click the website you want to view or remove.
- Click Revoke Access to prevent the website from accessing your Zoho account.
Linked Accounts
Linked Accounts are the third-party online accounts that you've linked with your Zoho account. You can sign in to your Zoho account using these linked accounts via federated sign-in.
To add a linked account:
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Click Linked Accounts under Settings.
- Click Add New Account, then select the account you want to add.
- Sign in to the selected account to link it to your Zoho account.
To remove a linked account:
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Click Linked Accounts under Settings.
- Hover over the account you want to delete and click
.
- Click Remove.
