Events are a great way to keep track of all your appointments in one place. Depending on the permissions set by the admin, a member may or may not be able to create Events at the group and network levels.
- Click Events in the left menu.
- The Calendar view opens.
- Click the date to create an Event. In the form, enter the event name, the timings, description, location, and add invitees.
- You can add the short URL from Google Maps in the location field.
- You can add individual users and invitees and choose to share this event in a group or the network wall, or privately with the invited members alone.
- Once done, click Create.
You can attach files from your desktop to your event. The maximum file size per attachment is 30 MB.
Events can also be created from the My Feed page, by clicking the calendar icon, on top of the post editor.
