Enabling the integration with Zoho CRM will allow you to fetch Contacts, Accounts and Products details from CRM.
To enable the CRM integration:
- Navigate to Setup > Integrations > Zoho CRM and click Enable.
- Select the Company Name of the CRM account you wish to integrate and click Activate.
- To find the Company Name, log in to the CRM account and navigate to Setup > General > Company Details.
- Click View Mapping to view the field mapping between the Zoho FSM and Zoho Books fields.
Fetching Data
Once the Books/CRM integration is enabled, you will be able to fetch the Contacts, Accounts and Items/Products details while creating Customers, Companies or Services and Parts respectively in FSM.
When you create (or quick create) a Customer in FSM, then a search will be performed in Books/CRM for Contacts matching the mandatory field values entered. Users can click the link in the message to fetch these Contact details.
In the Import Contacts pop-up, click on the Contact whose values you want to fetch.
The details of the selected Contact will be populated in the Create Contact page. Users can edit these values or use them as is.
