Disable a field

Disable a field

  1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Users and click Manage Fields.
  3. Hover over the required field and click .
  4. Click Disable, then OK. The field will be marked as Inactive. Existing user data stored in the disabled field will be hid in the User Info page until the field is re-enabled.
  5. Note: The data will only be hid, not deleted. To delete the data completely, see Delete a field.
