The Gantt view shows the service appointments in a timeline. To see the Gantt view, navigate to the Dispatch Console module and click the Gantt tab. All the scheduled service appointments for a field technician or crew will be shown in its row in the Gantt view. Click the service appointment bar in the Gantt to view the details.
On clicking a scheduled service appointment in the Service Appointment List, its service appointment bar in the Gantt view will be highlighted (see screenshot below). There is a date filter in the Gantt area. This filter will help you view a different set of service appointments from the one that is displayed in the left pane.
Single day and Multi-day timeline
In the Gantt view of the Dispatch Console, the appointments can be seen in a single-day timeline or in a 5-day timeline. These two timelines can be viewed by selecting the Day or Week tabs.
Absence in Dispatcher
The period when a field technician or members of a crew are on leave will be indicated in the Gantt view (see screenshot below).
The resource absences can be created from the mobile app.
Gantt view indicators highlight the timeline with information about the availability of technicians in Crew and Secondary territory (see screenshot below).
