To know how an email campaign will look in your subscribers' inbox, you generally make use of our test email functionality. But what if you want to know about your campaign's performance? In order to help you with this, we've come up with a functionality called Dormant Campaign.
You can mark a campaign as Dormant and send it to a group of selected recipients. This is similar to a test email, but with many added perks. You can view the basic reports of a dormant campaign. Besides this, you can maintain a record of all the dormant campaigns you send.

You can mark a campaign dormant by following the instructions below:

Campaign Reports
The basic reports of a dormant campaign are similar to that of any other campaign. It provides all the basic report elements like report summary, recipient activity, click activity, user agent stats, top five stats and more.
Note: Reports of a dormant campaign are confined to basic reports. You cannot view advanced reports for a dormant campaign.
