Profile Permission(s) Required: Accessible only by admins.
Edition Required: Available for all paid editions of the Staffing edition.

Brand your Candidate resumes with Zoho Recruit's Formatted Resume feature. Add your company’s logo, contact details and watermark to make that sure you're the only point of contact between your Clients and Candidates. Remove candidates' contact information before forwarding their resumes to your Clients.

If a Client has job openings for 10 candidates, the Staffing Agency can quickly generate branded versions of their Candidates' resumes to the Client instead of sending an email. The Client will receive an email with the link, from which they can decide to either approve or reject the submitted Candidates.

You are provided with two default templates, namely, Basic and Standard, both of which you can edit and customize according to your hiring requirements.
Basic Template
Standard Template(Beta)

The Basic Template uses data obtained from the candidate's resume and lets you redact (conceal) information such as the candidate's contact details, address and reference details from the resume if you wish to.

The Standard Template uses data obtained from the fields of the candidate record and arranges the information under multiple sections such as Basic Info., Address Info., Professional Details, etc.

Although the various sections are customizable, certain fields can be placed only under certain sections.
