As soon as an employee joins the organization, the first process that they will need to complete is the employee onboarding. This process helps a new employee cover large amounts of paper work with ease. It also helps them understand the company values and culture. Once they have logged in to their account, they will receive a popup message to complete your onboarding process.
The employee will be redirected to the onboarding portal.
They will then be introduced to their Human Resources contact person, whom they can contact for any assistance. They will be guided through various forms and other information to fill out to complete their onboarding.
- Welcome aboard – The employee is greeted with a welcome message and can respond to it via comments.
- Profile and other forms – The employee fills in their personal information and educational and professional qualifications.
- Documents and policies – In this space, the employee is acquainted with the important company policies. Documents to be signed are also attached here, which the employee can peruse and choose to accept or decline.
- Team – The new employee learns who is part of their team.
- Objectives – The employee is made aware of the primary objectives in their role, right from their onboarding process. This provides clarity about their role.
- You're all set – In this final stage, each completed step is highlighted; the onboarding process is considered completed once all the steps are completed.
