Enable mail hosting

Prerequisites

  1. Zoho Mail must be added to Zoho One
  2. The domain must be added and verified in Zoho One
  3. You must have permission to change the domain's MX records in your domain registrar's Domain Manager.

Steps to enable mail hosting

  1. Sign in to your domain registrar's Domain Manager.
  2. Add the MX records displayed in this page.
  3. If the TTL is editable, provide the lowest possible value for the changes to take effect as soon as possible.
  4. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  5. Go to Domains, then toggle Mail Hosting for the domain on.
