Exploring images

The Images tab under Library module allows you to upload or import images and store them for future use.  You can either upload images from your system or import images from image storage hubs like Google Photos, Flickr, Bigstock, Giphy and Unsplash.
Moreover, you can group images into folders for better organization and use images imported or uploaded into the Library in email campaigns.
   

Privileges associated with images

To perform different operations related to images, you should have the corresponding privileges in the  Library module.  

How do I upload an image to the Library? 

You can upload an image either from your computer or from a web URL. 

To upload an image from your computer:  

  1. From the  Navigation toolbar, choose  Library and select  Images.  


2. Click  Upload  in the top-right corner of the page.
3. From the dropdown menu, select  From computer.



4. Open  Add images to dropdown, then select the folder into which you would like to add the image to.



5. Drag and drop the image into the space provided in the pop-up. Alternatively, you can click the space in the pop-up to open the image file to upload.
6. Click  Go ahead.

 
 

To upload an image from the web:  

  1. From the  Navigation toolbar, choose  Library and select  Images.


2. Click  Upload. 
3. From the dropdown menu, select  From web URL.



4. Open the Add images to dropdown, then select the folder into which you would like to add the image.



5. Enter the web image URL. 
6. Click  Upload.

 


  • To import images, the web image URL that you choose should be public so that the image can be properly rendered in your campaign.
  • Zoho MarketingHub only supports images with the following extensions: .jpeg, .png, and .gif images.
  • The file size can be a maximum of 1 MB.
   

How do I import an image into the Library?   


Zoho MarketingHub allows you to import images from various image hosting platforms like Google Photos, Flickr, Bigstock, and Giphy.
 

To import an image from Google Photos: 

     
  1. From the  Navigation toolbar, choose  Library and select  Images.       


2. Click  Import .
3. Select  Google Photos from the dropdown menu.



4. If you haven't associated yourZoho MarketingHub account with your Google account, click Proceed to integrate.



5. Select the image you would like to import.
6. Click  Add to library




To import an image from Flickr:   

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose  Library and select  Images


2. Click  Import .
3. Select  Flickr from the dropdown menu.



4. If you haven't associated yourZoho MarketingHub account with your Yahoo account, click Authenticate Yahoo, sign in to your account, and click Ok, I'll authorize it.


  1. Select the image you would like to import.
  2. Click  Add to library .

To import an image from Bigstock:  

  1. From the  Navigation toolbar, choose  Library and select  Images.


2. Click  Import .
3. Select  Bigstock from the dropdown menu.



4. Choose an image category. 



5. Mouse over on the image you want, and click  Preview. 



6. Read the terms of purchase, and check the Terms and Conditions check box.
7. Click Proceed.


 
  • Bigstock will charge you an amount of $3 to import an image.
  •    

    To import a GIF from Giphy :

    1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose  Library and select  Images.


    2. Click  Import .
    3. Select  Giphy from the dropdown menu.



    4. Mouse over on the GIF you want to import and click  Preview.



    5. Select the display size, and check the Terms and Conditions check box.
    6. Click  Download.

    How do I add a new folder? 

    Click  Add a new collection under Images tab. You can rename the folder once it's added.    


    How do I move images into a folder?

    Drag and drop the image into the required folder. If you want to move more than one image, you can select those images and move them to the destination folder.  


    How can I add images from the library to my campaign?

    1. Select one of our content options such as My templates, Pre-designed templates, or Basic templates in the Content section of campaign creation.


    2. Click the Image icon under Basic in the Template toolbar.



    3. Click the camera icon in the image template layout.


    4. Select an image from a folder in the Library.
    5. Click Save.


       
  • You can only add images from the library in Template Editors. For other editors, you will need to import images from your computer or from the web.
  • What actions can be performed on the images saved in the library? 

    Click the image to view a preview and select an action.



  • Edit: Edit the image.
  • Delete: Delete the image.
  •    
  • The Edit image option is only available in the paid version of MarketingHub.
