Export Data

Zoho Recruit allows you to export a backup of all your Recruit data in a few simple steps. The export options available in Zoho Recruit are:

  • Export module data  
  • Request Recruit data backup 
Export Module Data

The Export Data feature allows you to export data from individual Recruit modules in CSV format. After exporting the data, you can further validate or store the data on your own servers.

NoteModule refers to the different tabs. For example, Candidates, Contacts, Clients, etc.

Availability
Profile Permission Required: Users with the Export [Module] permission can access this feature.

To export data from the modules (through Data Administration Tools):

  1. Navigate to Setup > Data Administration > Export.

  2. In the Export Data page, select the module from which you want to export data from the Select Export Module list.

  3. Click Export. The records will be exported and saved in CSV format on your local disk.

Note: To make a complete backup of all the records in your Zoho Recruit account, refer to Request Recruit Data Backup.
