Export Passwords

Export all your passwords in plain-text to a text file and access them as you wish. To export your data:

  1. Select Settings, then click Export passwords from the Password Management section.
  2. Select the password categories and folders to export.
  3. Export your passwords as either a General CSV or Zoho Vault CSV, then click Export.
Your data will be listed in the text field in a comma-separated form. You can copy the entries and paste them to a text file.

Note:
  1. Exported passwords are not encrypted. Use offline access to get a downloadable copy of your data as an encrypted HTML file.
  2. Admins can prevent all or specific users from exporting their passwords from Restrictions, under the Admin configurations section of the Settings tab.
  3. All actions performed are audited.
