Export Tasks to Google Tasks

Sharing your Zoho Recruit tasks is easy with the Export to Google Tasks feature. When you export tasks from Recruit to Google Tasks, you can view and share them with other users in Google Tasks. This also helps you schedule your interviews and keep them organized to avoid missing any.

Profile Permission Required: All Zoho Recruit users can export tasks from Zoho Recruit to Google Apps.

To set the default Google List:

  1. In Google Apps, click the Apps icon.
  2. Click More and then Zoho Recruit.
    You will be redirected to Zoho Recruit.
  3. Navigate to Setup > Extensions & APIs > Google > Tasks.
  4. Select the Google Task from the dropdown list.
  5. Click Save.
    All the tasks will be added to the specified Google Tasks List.

To add a task to Google Tasks:

  1. In Google Apps, click the Apps icon.
  2. Click More and then Zoho Recruit.
    You will be redirected to Zoho Recruit.
  3. In the To-Dos tab, click New Task. 
    Alternatively, click the New Task button from records such as candidates, contacts, or job openings.
  4. In the Create Task page, specify the event-related details.
  5. Click Save & Export to Google Tasks.
    The newly created task is saved in Recruit and Google Tasks.

Note

  • You must have the same time zone in Zoho Recruit and Google Apps.
  • Tasks are displayed in Google Tasks.
  • You cannot add the task from a detail view.
