  1. How is Zoho FSM priced?
    Zoho FSM offers profile-based pricing. You can purchase two user types: Office Users and Field Workers. Office Users covers the Administrator, Customer Service Agent, and Dispatcher user profiles.  Field Workers are users with the Field Technician user profile. An Office User profile is priced at $25/user/month and a Field Worker at $12/user/month.

  2. Is Zoho FSM part of Zoho One?
    Zoho FSM once launched will be part of Zoho One.

  3. What are the integrations offered by Zoho FSM?
    Zoho FSM is currently integrated with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.

  4. Can I integrate Zoho FSM with third-party applications?
    Yes, Zoho FSM provides REST API (Application Programming Interface) that lets you integrate FSM with third-party applications.

  5. What communication channels are available for customer interaction?
    Communication can be established with customers using one of three channels: customer portal, email, and webforms.

  6. How do I provide portal access to a customer?
    Portal access can be provided to the customer through an email invite. Click here to find details.

  7. Is there a mobile edition of Zoho FSM?
    There is a mobile app for field technicians. It is supported on both Android and iOS. Click here to find details of the features of the mobile app.

  8. Will the mobile app for the field technicians work in offline mode?
    No, offline mode is not currently supported in the mobile app.

  9. Does Zoho FSM support multiple currencies?
    Yes, along with defining a base currency for an organization, specific currencies can be used for different customers.

  10. Is there multi-language support?
    No, multi-language support is not currently available in Zoho FSM.

  11. Is there a provision for asset management?
    Yes, you can manage the assets associated with a customer and create work orders for these assets. The related work orders can be viewed in the Assets module.

  12. Can Zoho FSM be white labeled?
    No, Zoho FSM cannot be white labeled by the customer.

  13. How are taxes defined in Zoho FSM?
    You can add one or more tax rates for the organization created in Zoho Books for your business.

  14. Can the customer make online payments for the services requested?
    ​The Zoho Books integration allows the customer to make payments online.
