Field Level Customization
Field-level customization allows you to create and organize fields in Zoho Recruit to meet your recruitment requirements. Zoho Recruit has some standard, default fields and allows users to add more industry-specific fields. Some of these fields are common to all modules and are displayed in each module, but you can also have custom fields which are specific to each module.
Standard Fields
By default, Zoho Recruit has some standard fields in each module. These fields can be displayed or hidden as required. Mandatory fields cannot be edited or deleted.
Custom Fields
Zoho Recruit allows users to add industry-specific custom fields to all the modules and use them along with the standard fields.
You can also create fields that can populate dynamically calculated data based on the values returned from other standard or custom fields.
Special Fields
Special fields are not common to all modules but are available in specific modules only, based on their purpose or function.
