Manage available fields
You can reuse your previously created fields from the Available Fields tray.
- Navigate to and select Customization.
- Select a layout.
- Click the Available Fields tray in the left panel.
- Drag and drop a field to add it to the layout.
- Edit the field properties as required.
- If you edit the field's name, the new name will be reflected in all other layouts.
- Changes made to other properties of the field will apply to the specific layout only.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
View number of remaining fields
The number of fields that can be created under each layout is restricted. You can keep track of this number in the Remaining fields column.
To view the remaining fields,
- Navigate to and select Customization.
- Select a layout.
- Click the Remaining Fields option to open a list of the maximum number of fields that can be created under each category and the number of fields still available.
Delete unused fields
Fields that are no longer used can be deleted from Orchestly.
Before deleting a field,
- Make sure it is not used in Layouts, Blueprint, Email Templates, Business Rules, Webhooks, or Reports.
- If a field associated with any of the above module is deleted, the corresponding action configured in the module will no longer occur.
To delete a field,
- Navigate to and select Customization.
- Select a layout.
- Under Available Fields column, hover over the field to be deleted.
- Click and confirm your action.
