File attachments in Zoho Connect

File attachments in Zoho Connect

You can attach documents from your desktop, Zoho WorkDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, and also, from the Files app within Zoho Connect. Click the paper clip icon to attach files. The maximum file size per attachment is 10 MB for documents and 200 MB for video files. You can add up to 10 attachments in one go.

File Preview
Attachments added can be previewed through our in-built viewer in both, the web and desktop apps. The following formats are supported.

PDF Files: .pdf

Documents:
doc, rtf, odt, docm, dot, dotm, dotx

Powerpoint files: 
pptx, ppt, pps, ppsx

Spreadsheet files:
xls, xlsx

Developer files:
.txt, .java, .html, .properties, .js, python (.py), ruby (.ruby, .rb, .irb, .rbw), perl (.pl, .perl), scala (.scala), groovy (.groovy, .gy), go (.go), xml (.xml), html (.html, .xhtml), css (.css, .scss, .less), json (.json), javascript (.js), visual basic (.vb, .vbs), jsp (.jsp), csharp (.cs), sql (.sql), bat (.bat), cmd (.cmd), bash (.sh, .bash), vim (.vim), iCalendar (.ics), swift (.swift), accesslog (.log), apache (.conf)

Annotate
Provide more context or information to images attached by making use of the annotate option.

Whiteboard
The whiteboard allows you to create a simple visual representation such as a basic flow, from scratch.
