Form Restrictions

To restrict the accessibility of your form, navigate to  Settings >> Form Span.  Here, you can allow your form to be accessed only between certain period and dates, restrict number of submissions, etc.

Restrict by Date & Time

To make your forms accessible for a certain period of time, choose from one of the three options:

  • Never  - This ensures that the form can be accessed anytime.
  • By Date  - Select this option to allow your form to be accessible only for a number of days. You will have to enter the  Start Date , the  End Date and the deactivation message to be shown after the accessibility period ends.

  • By Date and Time - If you want your form to expire after a certain time period, click this option. Enter the date and time till which the form will be accessible. Also, enter a deactivation message to be shown when the form expires.

Restrict by Submission

You can limit the number of submissions you want to receive in your forms. You can also decide whether to accept multiple entries from the same respondent and the same IP address.

  • Restrict number of submissions - Choose Yes to obtain only a certain number of entries through your form. Enter the number of entries allowed and a deactivation message.

  • One submission per IP  - Choose Yes to ensure that you don't get multiple responses from the same system (IP address).
  • One submission per respondent  - Choose Yes to obtain only a single form submission from every respondent.
